Do you have a size chart for clothing?

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a new size/color?

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, accept cancellations, or allow exchanges to be made. On a case-by-case basis, under extenuating circumstances, at our discretion, if we determine a refund is warranted, a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund. All shipping fees and international duty/tax are non-refundable. If a refund is granted in any instance, credit cards will be refunded in USD at the exchange rate effective at the time of the refund. The cardholder assumes all responsibility for any fluctuations in the exchange rate and/or fees levied by their bank. To provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 15 days of receiving the order. Please be prepared to provide the order number and a photo.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping confirmation email when their order ships, which includes the tracking number.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing and verification and an additional 10 business days for delivery. We do not ship out on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the guidelines above, please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to track your order for you.

What shipping carrier do you use?

For US customers, we ship orders via USPS and UPS Ground, depending on the item category. International carriers used depends on the location of the order and the carriers available for that region. Customs fees may apply.

What are your shipping costs?

At checkout, shipping is calculated based on your shipping address and cart content.

Do you accept check payments? Can I use PayPal?

We do not accept payments by check or PayPal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, Union Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?

We currently do not ship internationally, but we plan to in the future. 

Can I order other items that are not offered on the web-store?

We are only offering a select group of items through the website at this time. Please subscribe to the mailing list to receive product release updates.

Do you sell wholesale?

We do not sell wholesale.

What do I do if the item's packaging is torn or damaged?

All packaging acts as protection against damage of the purchased item. We cannot replace or repair any damaged packaging. However, if your product is damaged, please email customer support within 3 days of receiving your item.
